Common vegetables have lost up to half their nutrients compared to 50 years ago, partially due to worsened soil health. Being deficient in key nutrients affects how we feel in our daily lives.
The potential of composting
of what the average household throws away can be composted. Throwing food away wastes its valuable nutrients and energy. At just one of our sites, we take in 350 tons of material per week.
